Anomaly is a fully cooperative sci fi high fantasy boffer and nerf LARP set in a modern dystopia. Inter-faction relationships, small-group adventures and personal stories flow together into larger narratives. The safety and consent system enables deep and dynamic RP, and pvp is allowed only with consent. Combat is location based and high damage, a no-math system with emphasis on status effects and drama.
The game core aims for simplicity. For those who prefer more complex depths the rulebook will not disappoint, but those depths are optional. Talk to any Rules Marshal on our Discord and they can help you design a character to fit your playstyle.
1. Log in to LARP Portal, choose 'Anomaly' as your campaign top left, click 'Register For Event' mid-right of page. Make sure after you fill in the form to click 'Register'.
2. Everyone who registers for an event is placed on 'wait list' status. The game is capped at 60 PCs and 20 Cast, and returning players get priority.
3. If you're a PC, pay using PayPal or Venmo. PCs aren't fully registered until payment is received. Cost is currently $75. You may also choose to pay $140 for a two-game pass. If you pay the $140 the two game pass is automatically applied.
